Come to the Well 2022 was held Saturday, Nov. 5th. It was a day of reflection, hope and community. The day began with mass, which included a homily on redemptive suffering by Bishop Deshotel. Sr. Mary Peter brought hope in her talks on grief and loss. The day included small group time for participants to connect with others experiencing similar loss. A Day of Hope for those suffering the loss of a loved one.
Saturday, November 5, 2022, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8:30am, registration)
Today’s fast paced society provides little time, space or support for those who have suffered loss. “Come to the Well” is a day of hope and restoration for anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one: parents, children, siblings, spouse, etc. The day is filled with prayer utilizing meditation “Living Scripture,” music, journaling and personal sharing to honor and embrace the reality of shared loss. “Come to the Well” offers opportunities for retreatants to find strength in the sharing to move through the losses of life with hope for a renewed vision.
The cost is $35.00 per person (including lunch).
Registration and payment due date is October 28th. Pre-registration is required.
Online registration is now open. To register, click HERE. For questions, please contact the Office of Pro-Life Apostolate 337-261-5607.
