Please join the Diocese of Lafayette and UL's School of Liberal Arts as we jointly celebrate the seventh centenary of the death of Dante. Dante is a literary titan, father of Italian letters, and perhaps the greatest Catholic poet who ever lived. Priests and scholars will be offering talks on different aspects of his masterpiece, the Divine Comedy, a journey through Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven.
The talks will be for the general public, and anyone interested will benefit, even if they've never heard of Dante before today. Presenters include Fr. Clinton Sensat, Fr. Brian Harrington and Fr. Alexander Albert of the Diocese of Lafayette. For more information or registration please visit:
