Alzheimer's Support Group - Remember Me is a support group for caregivers, family, and friends of individuals with dementia/Alzheimer’s. Nationally certified bereavement counselors who specialize in grief therapy offers comprehnsive services including; individual counseling, support groups, labyrinth walks and worshops, workshops on loss and transition. Survivors of Suicide Remembrance Mass is held annually the Saturday before Thanksgiving in honor of Internationl Survivors of Suicide Loss day. The Mass is held at Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist at 10:00am. All attendees are invited to bring a framed table top picture of their loved one to be displayed near the Altar. A candle bearing his/her name will be lit during the Mass and you will be able to take to candle home with you. Please register your loved one here.
