Behind the Scenes at the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe Mass

Here are a few candid photos from the Diocesan Celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe! The bilingual celebration was held at Lafayette's Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. The Mass commemorates the appearance of Mary to the Mexican peasant Juan Diego in 1531. The celebration is sponsored by St. John's Cathedral and the Hispanic Ministry of the Diocese of Lafayette. A reception followed in Cathedral Hall. Our Lady of Guadalupe, pray for us!
