Omelette Festival

Bishop Douglas Deshotel celebrated Mass at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Abbeville to kick off day 2 of the city's annual Omelette Festival. Now in its 34th year, the egg-stravaganza broke 5,034 eggs to make what has to be one of the world's largest omelettes. The festival is presided over by the prestigious Confrerie D'Abbeville.
