Pro-Life Rally and March

The Diocese of Lafayette marched for life during the 2020 Diocesan Pro-Life Rally and March! The rally was held Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Parc International in Lafayette. Fr. Andrew Schumacher and Krista Corbello served as masters of ceremony. The rally consisted of music and motivational speakers. Following the rally there was a march from Parc International to the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist where a prayer service for life was celebrated by Bishop Douglas Deshotel. After the prayer service, the march continued to the federal courthouse where Fr. Patrick Broussard led the group in prayer. Special thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make this possible especially the Office of Pro-Life Apostolate of the Diocese of Lafayette!
